Taking the biosafety level-4 (BSL-4) mode laboratory design as an example, this paper carries out the key design research from three aspects: the experimental environment requirements of key protective equipment, system pressure control methods and system disinfection methods. It is proposed to set biosafety sealed valves at the key nodes of the air duct to ensure the tightness of the laboratory envelope and provide test conditions for high efficiency filtration units. The dynamic pressure control design method is adopted to ensure the stability of laboratory pressure gradient, improve anti-interference ability and maintain directional airflow. The dual working mode of room separate disinfection and system disinfection is adopted to improve the use efficiency of the laboratory, provide a test platform for the test and verification of disinfectants and disinfection products, and meet the needs of high-level biosafety laboratory with BSL-4 test function and biosafety key protective equipment test function at the same time.
